Providing Payroll and Accounting Services
Payroll
The Payroll Process:
Payroll hours can be submitted either by fax or e-mail.  No need to learn any new software so you gain more time to focus on your more important business issues.  We take care of the rest!
  • For current employees:  simply fill in the hours for each employee on a payroll worksheet based on the last week's paid employees.
  • For new employees:  they can be added as a write in on the above form but anything with a birth date or social security number needs to be faxed (not e-mailed) for security purposes.

Checks:
All net payroll checks are drawn on your account. There is no escrow or clearing account that is used as a pass thru.
  • Paper Checks: The payroll checks are provided with your company name and address and are delivered to you for signature.  Even though the Direct Deposit method is gaining popularity, from a business perspective you gain operating cash flow.
  • Direct Deposts: The direct deposit checks are drawn on your account and paid directly to the employee.

Reports:
Each pay period, you'll receive the following reports (note that the 940 and the SUTA are both accrued because your money is not put into escrow, it is deducted from your checking account at the end of the quarter when your return is filed):

  • Paycheck Detail Report
  • Payroll Register
  • Payroll Expense Summary
  • Payroll Expense Chart
  • Employee YTD Summary
  • 941 Payroll Liabilities and Payments
  • Accrued 940 Liabilities Statement
  • Accrued SUTA Liabilities Statement

After-the-Fact-Payroll:
This process is very similar to the above except you calculate and issue the check.  Here at BCC Payroll Services, LLC., we  will verify the taxes, prepare the required forms and make the tax deposits.

Pay-as-you-go Worker's Compensation:
Large up-front deposits can be a financial burden to many companies.  The Pay-as-you-go program allows you to pay premiums based on your actual payroll. This also avoids the potential audit adjustment at the end of the year.
